asp.net mvc4路由配置

此外，除了staticcontent.html之外，我希望限制用户访问上述目录下的任何html文件，但我也可以访问该文件。

默认情况下，ASP.NET MVC路由不处理.html文件。您需要先在IIS中设置它(请参阅http://weblogs.asp.net/jgalloway/archive/2013/08/29/asp-net-mvc-routing-intercepting-file-requests-like-index-html-and-what-it-teaches-about-how-routing-works.aspx)，然后再进行路由。
如果它只是一个需要重定向的文件，那么最简单的方法就是在IIS中设置301或302重定向。
