使用了石英衬底＋800nm厚度的TFLN薄膜加工了5mm和10mm长度的调制器，结构看着也比较常规，理论的VπL是1.96V cm@1550nm。用了Anritsu的220 GHz矢网ME7838G测试，测得5mm和10mm器件的6dB电电带宽分别为＞220 GHz和150GHz，对应推导的电光带宽为＞220GHz(Vπ为4V)和180GHz(Vπ为2.74V)。
