在内网中从centos7或者windows中，通过scp或者sftp传入文件到tencentos server 4时，速度很慢，只有800KB/s，而反方向拷贝文件时，速度达100MB/s。另外，从两台TencentOS Server 4互相拷贝则正常，从macOS拷贝到Server 4也正常，这是有什么限制吗？还是说需要调整什么参数？
